Meals vary from traditional Samoan fare, through to a la carte European. Expect to see lots of excellent fish and chicken dishes, including Oka - fish marinated in coconut juice. Your meals are always provided by our excellent chefs.

The new Pre-school was officialy opened by the Samoan Head of State on the 31st of March. It was a great day, much celibating and feasting. Our charity was able to contibute over 120,000 tala for the building of the Pre-school and we have completely refurbished and resorced the new school. The new community centre was also opened in October
